Drift SM - The Best Drifting in Finland

Drift SM is the highest level drifting series in Finland, where drivers compete for the Finnish drifting championship. The series was founded in 2011 and consists of two classes: SM Pro and SM Pro2. SM Pro is the main class of the series, where Finland's best drivers compete against each other on several different tracks around Finland.

SM Pro - Top Level Drifting

SM Pro is the premier class of the Drift SM series. In this class, the best drifting drivers in the country compete, who have honed their skills and driven themselves to the top of the national elite. The Pro class competitions are intense two-day events, with the first day including qualifications and the second day featuring pair brackets that determine the winner of the competition.

The winners are awarded cash prizes, with the winner of the SM Pro class receiving 1000 euros for each round.

SM Pro2 - The Stage for Future Stars

SM Pro2 class serves as a stepping stone towards the Pro class. It offers new and rising drivers the opportunity to develop their skills and compete for the Finnish championship. In 2023, for the first time, the class that decided the championship will be held in three different rounds in the 2024 season:

14.-15.6. Oulu, Ouluzone
12.-13.7. Lapua, Ala-Talkkari Areena
16.-17.8. Satakunta, Harjavalta, Drift Madness

The winner of the Pro2 class receives a 500 euro cash prize for each round.
